Board Games Area

The Board Games Area is dedicated to casual and organized tabletop board game play throughout the convention. This space is designed for open play, learn-to-play sessions, and community-driven gaming in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

All board game sessions in this area are unofficial and not ranked or rated. The focus is on fun, accessibility, and shared enjoyment rather than competition.

The Board Games Area is located in Heritage Hall Salon A, shared with the Card Games Area.

Board game play will be available Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

A wide variety of board games may be played in this area, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy board games
  • Cooperative games
  • Party games
  • Family-friendly games
  • Indie and independently published board games
  • Classic tabletop games brought by attendees

Attendees are welcome to bring their own board games to share with others.

To ensure smooth and enjoyable play for everyone, players are encouraged to bring games that can be explained and set up efficiently. For longer or more complex games, players should confirm that all participants are willing to commit the necessary time before starting.

Due to the size of the event, staff may not be available to teach every game. Players are encouraged to be patient, helpful, and respectful when teaching or learning new games.

Good sportsmanship and courtesy are expected at all times. Players should respect shared table space, game components, and fellow attendees. Games should remain appropriate for a general convention audience.
