D20 Con Refund Policy

This policy outlines refund guidelines for ticket holders, vendors, and sponsors of D20 Con.

D20 Con is scheduled to take place in 2030 at the Clinton NC Agriculture Expo Center. We do not anticipate cancellation of D20 Con and are actively planning long term to ensure the event proceeds as scheduled. However, the following policies apply in the event of refund requests.

Ticket holders may request a refund up to 90 days prior to the official start date of D20 Con.

Approved refunds will be issued in the amount of the original ticket purchase price minus a 7% processing fee. This fee accounts for non refundable payment processing charges incurred during the original transaction and refund processing.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official D20 Con contact email listed on our website.

After the 90 day mark prior to the event, ticket sales become final and non refundable, provided the convention is proceeding as planned.

If D20 Con is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price minus the 7% processing fee, unless otherwise required by law.

Vendors operate under the refund terms listed in the official Vendor Application and Vendor Agreement section.

Vendor deposits and payments are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of vendor registration.

Vendors should review their agreement carefully prior to submission.

Sponsor agreements are governed by individual sponsor contracts.

Due to the nature of sponsorship exposure, marketing placement, and promotional commitments, sponsorship payments may be non refundable once promotional benefits have begun.

Specific refund terms for sponsors will be outlined in the signed sponsorship agreement.

The D20 Con refund policy applies only to D20 Con event tickets, vendor agreements, and sponsorships.

Retail purchases made through D20 Epic Level Store, including physical merchandise, digital products, apparel, maps, modules, and other inventory items, are governed by the separate D20 Epic Level Store Retail Refund Policy.

The retail refund policy is outlined at the bottom of this page and applies exclusively to store inventory transactions.

D20 Con event tickets and related event transactions are not subject to the D20 Epic Level Store retail refund policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after eligibility verification and will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible.
