Panels and Discussions (To Be Determined)
Overview
Scheduled panel discussions take place at set times throughout the weekend on the Main Stage. These panels cover a variety of topics related to tabletop gaming, roleplaying, creative hobbies, cosplay, and community interests. Panels are designed to provide education, discussion, and engagement opportunities for attendees.
Panels are community-focused sessions led by panelists, creators, game masters, and special guests. Topics may include tabletop roleplaying games, card games, game design, worldbuilding, storytelling, creative processes, or similar subjects. Special guests may also reserve a panel slot to share a personal experience or host a question-and-answer session with the audience. Participation by special guests is entirely optional.
Panel Format, Schedule, and Location
Each panel runs for approximately 50 minutes and may be hosted by a single presenter or a group of panelists.
Panel sessions are scheduled at the following times:
Thursday at 10:00 AM
Friday at 10:00 AM
Saturday at 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Sunday at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM
Due to current venue limitations, all panels will take place on the Main Stage in Prestage Hall Salon A. At this time, no additional panel rooms are available.
Panelist Sign-Up, Assignment, and Availability
Panelist sign-up is required to fill scheduled panel time slots. Each panel session will only occur if a panelist or panel group is assigned to the slot.
Panelists and topics for each scheduled time will be listed as they are confirmed. Once finalized, listings will include the panel title, presenter name or group, and a brief description. Updates will be made as panelists are announced.
Unfilled panel slots will remain on the schedule and will be considered dead time if no panelist is assigned. These time slots will not be removed or shifted once the schedule is published.
Panelist submissions will be accepted as long as open slots remain, up to one hour before the scheduled panel time. However, early submission is strongly preferred, and panelists are encouraged to register together before the convention whenever possible to ensure proper scheduling, promotion, and stage coordination.
Panelist Submissions and Contact
Panelist positions are open and based on availability. Individuals or groups interested in hosting a panel are encouraged to submit their interest in advance to help fill scheduled time slots.
Panel topics may include tabletop roleplaying games, card games, creative hobbies, cosplay, storytelling, community discussions, or related subjects. Panels may be led by a single presenter or a group.
To be considered for a panelist position, please contact the event organizers through the convention’s official contact channels and include your proposed topic, preferred time slot if applicable, and whether the panel will be solo or group-based.
Panelist submissions will be accepted as long as open slots remain, up to one hour before the scheduled panel time, though early submission is strongly preferred.
