Yes. The Agriculture Expo Center provides free on-site parking for attendees, vendors, staff, volunteers, and special guests. No parking pass or fee is required.

Yes. The convention is open to attendees of all ages. A family-friendly environment is expected throughout the event.

Children under the age of 3 may attend the convention free of charge. All guests age 4 and up are required to have a valid convention ticket for entry.

Yes. Cosplay is welcome. All costumes and props must follow convention safety rules. Real firearms, functional weapons, ammunition, and unsafe props are not permitted. Items containing nudity must be appropriately covered, and explicit or pornographic material is not allowed.

Yes. The Tabletop RPG Area hosts organized sessions run by Volunteer Dungeon Masters. Sessions are typically three hours long, with pre-generated D&D 5e characters available. Other RPG systems are welcome, though players must bring their own characters for non-D&D systems.

Yes. Dedicated Card Games and Board Games areas are available for casual, community-run play. These games are unofficial and not ranked or sanctioned. Legally banned cards must not be used to ensure fair play.

Yes. The Miniature Painting Area is a free-paint hobby space where attendees can paint miniatures at their own pace. Basic supplies and a miniature are provided while supplies last.

Yes. Food trucks will be available outside the convention center. Alcohol sales are not permitted unless explicitly approved. Food truck access is outdoors, and options may vary by day.

Outside food and drinks may be restricted inside certain areas of the venue. Attendees are encouraged to use the on-site food trucks or nearby dining options.

Yes. The Dealers Room features vendors selling games, accessories, art, and merchandise. An Art Room is also available for artist display and sales, with transactions handled by convention staff.

Refunds are based on the date of cancellation relative to the convention start date:

  • More than 6 months prior: 100% refund
  • Within 6 months: 50% refund
  • Within 3 months: 25% refund
  • Within 30 days: No refund

Yes. The venue is ADA-accessible. If you require accommodations or assistance, please contact the event team in advance so reasonable arrangements can be made where possible.

Special Guest appearances are scheduled based on availability and confirmation. Meet-and-greet sessions, panels, and autograph opportunities may be offered. Guest listings and schedules will be updated as confirmations are finalized.
