Sponsorship Opportunities

The convention is built to serve both the gaming community and the local region. Sponsorship support plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality convention experience while helping grow long-term events on the East Coast.

This four-day convention is expected to bring gamers, creators, and enthusiasts to Clinton, North Carolina, with an estimated economic impact of over $1,000,000 to the local economy through hotels, dining, shopping, and tourism.

We offer five sponsorship tiers, allowing businesses and organizations of all sizes to participate in and support this major community event.

Sponsorship Tiers

Tier 1 Sponsor – $500

Tier 1 Sponsors receive recognition in the official event schedule handout distributed to all attendees. Sponsors may also provide one billboard-style sign, poster-sized, which may be displayed as a stand-up or wall placement within approved areas.

Tier 2 Sponsor – $1,000

Tier 2 Sponsors receive all Tier 1 benefits, plus public recognition during both the convention opening ceremony and closing ceremony.

Tier 3 Sponsor – $2,500

Tier 3 Sponsors receive all Tier 2 benefits, along with sponsor name display on stage via a stand-up banner in a shared sponsor display area. This tier also includes two complimentary convention passes.

Tier 4 Sponsor – $5,000

Tier 4 Sponsors receive all Tier 3 benefits, plus featured placement of the sponsor name or logo on the main convention entrance banner. Sponsors at this level may also provide two full poster-sized banners displaying their name or logo, which will be prominently displayed in the main lobby as attendees enter the convention.

Tier 5 Sponsor – $10,000 and Above

Tier 5 Sponsors receive all Tier 4 benefits, along with a dedicated booth space reserved specifically for their organization. Booth placement will be located in a front, high-traffic area inside the Dealers Room to ensure maximum visibility. This tier also includes four complimentary vendor passes.
