Card Games Area

The Card Games Area is dedicated to organized and casual card game play throughout the convention. Games played in this area are community-run, unofficial, and not rated or sanctioned by any publisher or governing body.

This space is intended to be welcoming, fair, and easy to participate in for players of all experience levels.

All tabletop RPG sessions will take place in Heritage Hall Salon B.

The RPG Area will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout the convention.

Common card games expected to be played in this area include, but are not limited to:

  • Pokémon Trading Card Game
  • Magic: The Gathering
  • Yu-Gi-Oh!
  • One Piece Card Game
  • Digimon Card Game
  • Flesh and Blood
  • Lorcana
  • Other collectible or expandable card games brought by attendees

All games played in this area are not official tournaments and are not ranked or rated. However, to maintain fairness and consistency between players, all legally banned cards for a given card game must be removed from decks.

Players are expected to follow the generally accepted rules and ban lists for the format they are playing, even though the games are casual in nature. This helps ensure balanced play and avoids disputes at the table.

Due to the size of the event, staff may not have time to review complex or questionable deck builds. Players are encouraged to bring standard, easy-to-verify decks and to communicate clearly with opponents before play begins.

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Players should respect opponents, shared table space, and staff instructions. Any disputes should be resolved respectfully, with staff assistance if needed.
