Food Truck Vendor Information

To enhance the convention experience, the convention will host a select number of food trucks operating outside the convention center. Food trucks provide convenient dining options for attendees, staff, and guests throughout the event.

Food Truck Space Details

Food trucks will operate in a designated outdoor vendor area near the convention venue.

A maximum of 12 food trucks will be permitted. Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. Early reservation is strongly recommended.

Food Truck Fee and Payment

The cost to participate as a food truck vendor is a flat rate of $350 per food truck.

There is no deposit option for food truck spaces. Full payment is required to reserve a spot, and unpaid spaces will not be held.

Food truck vendor purchases must be completed no later than 30 days before the event. Purchase options are located at the bottom of the page.

Convention Access and Passes

The food truck fee covers outdoor vendor space only.

Food truck vendors do not receive complimentary convention passes, and the fee does not include access to indoor convention areas. Restroom access inside the convention center will be permitted as needed.

While not required, food truck operators are strongly encouraged to purchase at least one convention pass, or passes for staff members, if they plan to enter the convention for any reason beyond restroom use.

Utilities and Operational Requirements

Food trucks are responsible for their own power supply and water supply, if needed. Any additional utility or operational needs must be planned and arranged in advance.

Vendors must operate only within their assigned space and may not block walkways, entrances, or emergency access routes.

Health and Safety Compliance

All food trucks must comply with local and state health, safety, and food service regulations, including required permits, licenses, and inspections. Proof of compliance may be requested prior to approval or during the event.
