D20 Epic Level Seller Policy
D20 Epic Level Seller Policy
Product Listings
All products created by sellers will be listed within the D20 Epic Level marketplace. Each product will display the seller’s name—whether a company or an individual—clearly attached to the listing. Sellers may include any relevant additional information within the product description to provide more detail and context.
While products are featured and searchable within the D20 Epic Level store, sellers do not receive individual storefronts. Instead, all listings are part of the central marketplace, where customers can browse and search by product type, category, or seller name.
Your creator name will always be visible to customers and associated with your products. All sales generate the appropriate commission and payouts regardless of how or where the product is discovered within the store.
Commission
Sellers on the D20 Epic Level platform earn eighty-five percent (85%) of the revenue from every product sold. This commission is calculated after any store-wide discounts, promotions, or special offers have been applied to the final sale price. If the store runs a discount that lowers the customer’s purchase price, the seller’s commission will be based on the discounted amount, not the original list price.
All commissions are calculated transparently and recorded in the seller’s account along with a detailed log of each sale and the amount earned.
Product Guidelines
All products listed for sale must be directly related to gaming, anime, or fantasy culture. Acceptable content includes themes from tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons, fantasy and sci-fi universes, anime-inspired artwork, digital RPG content, board games, and video game culture.
All submissions must be original creations by the seller and must not contain copyrighted material or assets unless the seller has full, legal permission to use them.
Items that promote hate speech, adult-only content, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Dangerous or harmful products such as firearms, weapons, knives, chemicals, or any other safety risk are not allowed.
Sellers are encouraged to upload digital products such as books, game modules, art prints, virtual tokens, fantasy maps, and similar creative works. Physical products are also permitted and may include gaming-themed apparel, accessories, or collectibles. Hardware products (e.g., custom computers or gaming devices) may be allowed only if they clearly align with the gaming and fantasy theme and follow all other guidelines.
Products found to violate these content rules may be removed without prior notice. If a seller is informed of a violation, they will have fifteen (15) days to take corrective action. Continued non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the seller’s account.
Product Management
Sellers are fully responsible for their product listings. This includes writing descriptions, uploading images, setting prices, updating files, and maintaining quality. New products can be uploaded at any time and do not require prior approval unless specifically stated.
Sellers may set their own pricing. All sales and payouts are calculated on a monthly cycle, tracking sales from the ninth (9th) day of the previous month through the seventh (7th) day of the current month. Digital product uploads are limited to a maximum file size of 500 MB.
Payouts
Payouts are issued once per month, on the eighth (8th) day of each month, via PayPal to the email address listed in the seller’s account. Payout totals are based on finalized sales and reflect any store discounts, refunds, or other adjustments.
Refund Policy
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
For physical products, customers may request a refund if there is a valid reason—such as damage, incorrect items, or quality issues. The product must be returned in a timely manner to qualify. Any approved refund amount will be deducted from the seller’s next payout. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Taxes and Legal Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for understanding and fulfilling all tax obligations, including local, state, and federal taxes on their sales or earnings. D20 Epic Level does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of sellers and assumes no responsibility for tax reporting.
Communication Standards
Sellers must maintain timely and professional communication with customers and store administrators. Messages and support requests should be answered within 48 hours to ensure a positive customer experience.
Customer Disputes
Customer disputes or complaints will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. The platform may contact the seller for additional information or to help mediate a resolution.
Platform Rights
D20 Epic Level reserves the right to remove any product listing or suspend a seller account at its sole discretion. Reasons include—but are not limited to—policy violations, fraudulent activity, failure to respond to customer complaints, or conduct that harms the platform or its community.
